4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to:
- Service providers and contractors that help us provide website hosting, forms, scheduling, payment processing, communications, editing, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, customer support, and project delivery.
- Project and publishing platforms selected or requested for a project, which may include Aryeo, Matterport, Zillow, Google, mapping services, listing platforms, hosting providers, and similar services.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants.
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, safety obligations, or to protect rights and prevent harm.
- A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We may use analytics or advertising providers that receive online identifiers or usage information. Where applicable law treats such activity as a "sale" or "sharing," you may exercise the rights described below.
5. Text Messages and Mobile Information
We send text messages only as permitted by law and consistent with the consent provided. Messages may include quote responses, appointment and service updates, delivery notices, account or support messages, and—only when authorized—promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable program.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Providing a telephone number by itself does not automatically enroll you in marketing text messages.
No mobile information, telephone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to messaging providers and other service providers solely as necessary to send messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud, and support the messaging program. Those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
We will honor valid opt-out and revocation requests as required by law. After an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time message confirming the request.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising. Some providers may collect information over time and across websites.
You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality. Where required, we will honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the browser or device sending the signal.
Because there is not one universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, our website may not respond to every Do Not Track signal.
7. Google Analytics, Google Signals, and Online Advertising
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. We have enabled Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Google Signals, Demographics and Interests reporting, and remarketing with Google Analytics. This means Google may combine data collected from our website with data from signed-in Google users who have turned on Ads Personalization in their Google accounts, in order to provide us with aggregated demographic and interest reports and to help us show relevant advertising on Google and its partner sites.
We may also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and advertising tools from other platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our advertising performs and to show ads to people who have visited our website. These tools may use cookies or device identifiers to recognize your browser or device across websites. We do not use these tools to identify you by name, and we do not send Google or Meta your name, email address, or telephone number through website tracking.
You can opt out in several ways: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; turn off personalized advertising in your Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com; manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings; use the industry opt-out tools at optout.networkadvertising.org or optout.aboutads.info; or turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
8. Embedded Content and Third-Party Tools on Our Website
Pages on our website embed content and tools hosted by third parties, including Matterport 3D tours, Zillow 3D Home tours, YouTube videos, Google Maps and Google Street View, Aryeo order forms and property websites (which may appear at labs.3dmybiz.com), and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. When you view or interact with embedded content, the provider may collect information about you, set its own cookies, and track your interaction in the same way as if you had visited that provider's website directly. Those providers act under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Our website is hosted by Webflow, and forms submitted on our website are processed by Webflow and delivered to us by email. Order forms and the "My Project" lookup are powered by Aryeo, and your order, appointment, and delivery information for a project is stored in our Aryeo account. Payments for services are processed through Aryeo and its payment providers; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our website.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain project and transaction records, preserve consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and our relationship with you.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to request that we:
- Confirm whether we process personal information about you.
- Provide access to or a copy of certain personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete certain personal information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Provide information in a portable format.
- Opt you out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
You may submit a request by emailing hello@3dmybiz.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or by calling +1 (888) 336-9249. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
California residents may also use a legally recognized Global Privacy Control signal where applicable. If our practices or legal obligations require a dedicated "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism, we will make that mechanism available.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our websites and deliverables may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
13. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable methods.
